1. Who runs this site
CRECT Education (crect.education) is operated by Basil Varghese, trading as "Crect" (GSTIN 32AHOPV0807H1ZA), registered at 331, Parel, Thavalappara, Manjapra P.O., Ernakulam District, Kerala – 683581, India. In these terms, "we", "us", and "CRECT Education" refer to this proprietorship.
2. Accepting these terms
By using crect.education, you agree to these terms. If you're using the site on behalf of a child, you're confirming you have the authority to agree on their behalf.
3. The service
CRECT Education provides free video courses. Basic curriculum content is, and will remain, free — that's core to why this site exists, not a promotional offer that can be withdrawn.
4. "Support my work" payments
The site may offer a "Support my work" option that lets visitors make a voluntary payment, processed through Razorpay. This payment is a contribution towards the cost of producing and hosting free educational content. It does not purchase any product, unlock any exclusive content, or create any obligation on our part beyond what is already freely available on the site. 5. Accounts
Some features may require creating an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.
6. Content and intellectual property
Course videos, text, and other materials on this site are owned by CRECT Education or used under license (including embedded YouTube content). You may use them for personal, non-commercial learning. You may not re-upload, resell, or otherwise redistribute course content without our written permission.
7. Acceptable use
Please don't use the site to upload harmful content, attempt to disrupt the service, or misuse the contact form or payment features (e.g. fraudulent or unauthorized payments).
8. Third-party services
We rely on third parties to run the site — including YouTube for video hosting, Supabase for data storage, and Razorpay for payment processing. Your use of those embedded services is also subject to their own terms.
9. Limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, CRECT Education is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Ernakulam, Kerala will have jurisdiction over any disputes.
